Succeed with the Right People

“ALL PEOPLE ARE GOOD AT DIFFERENT THINGS. SOME ARE CREATIVE, SOME GOOD WITH HR, OTHERS GOOD AT SELLING.”

If you want your business to succeed, it’s essential to choose the right people to be part of it. To make the management of your mini-enterprise easier, we recommend forming a team of 4 to 8 students (with a minimum of 2 people).

When the team is too large, it can be difficult to find common ground. On the other hand, if it’s too small, each member might become overloaded with tasks. A team of 4 to 8 people strikes the right balance.

Regarding the composition of the team, it’s crucial to have people with diverse skills. This means you may not be able to form a group with just your friends, but that’s okay. The goal is to have a solid and diverse team that can make the business run smoothly.

So, go ahead and start building your power team! ✨ 🚀 👍
