Registering the mini-company

Each mini-company must be registered with the non-profit organisation Jonk Entrepreneuren Luxembourg (JEL). To register students and their respective mini-companies, teaching staff are asked to complete the Excel form below (see “useful documents to download”) for all students they supervise. Registration must be completed before 17 October 2025, but it is not a problem if the mini-company does not yet have a final name at that date. The name can be communicated to us at a later date.

In order to facilitate communication between the mini-entrepreneurs and the non-profit organisation, we will need to be provided with a contact person. This can also be a general address for the mini-company (e.g. mini-entreprise@gmail.com). Communications will therefore be sent to these contacts as well as to the teachers.

Important:

• The deadline for registering the mini-company, students and teachers is 17 October 2025.
• All students and teachers must complete and sign an authorisation form (image and GDPR) and return it to JEL via the SharePoint set up by JEL at the beginning of the school year (if this has not already been done during the Creativity Camp). Minors must have their authorisation signed by a legal guardian.

Role and tasks of the teacher

• Fill in the Excel file ‘Registration_Mini-Companies’
• Collect the authorisations and transfer them to JEL.
